IntroTeach/Cyfle Dysgu is a company that provides training courses and teaching support staff to schools across Wales. The organisation is managed by teachers and head teachers. Our company works hard to ensure that headteachers and senior leaders from across Wales are able to lead their schools strategically. This involves focusing on national accountability systems which are not only stressful, but take Headteachers and senior leaders away from their core purpose – teaching and learning. The company helps sorts solutions and staffing needs with its wealth of experience from its staff who several have been head teachers and Estyn inspectors. We currently employ 350 staff, including 10 educational consultants, teachers and teaching assistants. As a company we strive actively to partner and group schools together to develop a number of different strategies aimed at school improvement. With all of these factors we had an excellent team that could help with strategies, research and implement ideas from this project.
