I.E.S. Fernando Esquio a small high school located in the coastal village of Neda, 10 km from Ferrol. It has 30 teachers, and 200 students ranging from 12 to 18 years old. A stable group of teachers from different departments have been participating consistently on a working group related to the use of new technologies and virtual learning spaces in classroom, with and special interest in the applied teaching of languages. The have also being working in the development of the competence-based curricula and the design of integrated tasks and its evaluation.
